1. RingCentral Fax plugin
You only need to download the RingCentral Fax plugin from the Google Docs add-ons menu. Once that’s done, you can instantaneously fax important documents to anyone in your business contacts. You can also create a customized fax cover page as well as send to multiple fax recipients at once.
2. RingCentral Google Workspace Add-on
The RingCentral Google Workspace Add-on, available on the Google Workspace Marketplace, allows users to view, call, and send text messages to contacts within a Gmail conversation. A single sign-in to your RingCentral account also permits you to schedule, join, and configure RingCentral Video meetings in Google Calendar.
3. RingCentral for Hangouts Chat
Adding the RingCentral bot to any Hangouts Chat room enables users to enter simple command prompts and access critical RingCentral functionalities, such as starting a video conference, making an audio call, and viewing other available command options.
4. RingCentral for Google Chrome Extension
Downloading the RingCentral extension from the Chrome web store allows you to enjoy the many features of RingCentral—all without leaving the Google Chrome browser. You save time and energy when you make calls, send messages, change and view contact presence, surface communications history, join meetings, and more directly from your open browser.
To enjoy the Ringcentral plugin for Chrome, your operating system must be Windows XP (or later) or Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion (or later). Supported browsers include Chrome 30 (or later).
