As EVP and GM, Global Service Providers at RingCentral, Homayoun Razavi brings 40 years of experience working with Global Service Providers and Global 2000 Enterprises, including Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Meta, Baidu, Tencent, Alibaba, and financial services, and he has served in C-level executive roles for more than 20 years. 

Most recently, Razavi held the position of Chief Business Development Officer at RingCentral where he oversaw an expanded set of business development responsibilities and was instrumental in driving the successful expansion of RingCentral’s strategic partnerships beyond global service providers and traditional PBX manufacturers.

He initially joined RingCentral in January of 2020 as Senior Vice President of Global Service Providers where under his leadership, his team built a unique partnership network with the world’s leading global services providers, including AT&T, British Telecom, Brightspeed, Charter, Cox, Deutsche Telekom, Frontier, Horizon, MCM Telecom, Optus, TELUS, and Vodafone. 

Prior to joining RingCentral, Razavi served as EVP, Chief Customer Officer of Coriant, where he oversaw global sales, marketing, and business development and managed a global team of 2,000 people and revenue of $1.5 billion. Prior to that, he joined BroadSoft in 2010 (pre-IPO) and built a strong team over his seven year tenure, serving as EVP, Managing Director of America, which delivered 70% of annual revenue. He remained at BroadSoft until 2017 before it was acquired by Cisco. Prior to Broadsoft, Razavi worked with a number of companies, including Lucent, Ascend, Cascade, and MCI (Verizon).

Razavi has served as a board member with Federated Wireless (Private Enterprise 5G services), Movandi, and was an Academic Board Member of ISDI Digital University. He has also served on a number of boards, including Openwave Mobility, BlueChip System, Kovio, ENEA, nuPSYS, Hyperoffice, and Ruckus Wireless.

Razavi has received multiple awards from MCI (Verizon) for launching the first data network and another for the launch of the first Fortune 1000 managed services. He also received multiple awards from Lucent for achieving the highest level of revenue for the company.
